I made cookies and used royal icing for the first time. They turned out really good, and the icing was just perfect. I did round cookies, and I put the icing on with the spatula I use to spread icing on cakes. It worked, but there has to be an easier/faster way. Next time, I'm going to try writing or drawing on them and see how that works.Sunday, February 13, 2011
Royal Icing
I made cookies and used royal icing for the first time. They turned out really good, and the icing was just perfect.
